Tomato Chicken

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut into pieces
1 large tomato, coarsely cubed
1/2 large onion, finely sliced
3 garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
5 tbsp water
Cooking oil

1. Heat some oil in the wok, fry the garlic and onion till fragrant then add the tomatoes. Put the chicken in and stir until the chicken is almost cooked.

2. Put in all the seasoning (oyster sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper) and add water. Simmer for about 15 mins or until the chicken is cooked.

Tip: Poke the chicken wing or drumstick with a fork to check if its cooked.
